Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received — unused, unworn and undeployed
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt, purchase order or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@yinansafety.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a confirmed return shipping address. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assess the issue and arrange a resolution — replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom and OEM orders — products manufactured to customer-specified dimensions, NIJ protection levels, carrier designs, colour schemes, private labels or other bespoke configurations
- Items that have been worn, deployed or used in the field
- Ballistic-tested or live-fire-inspected items — once a panel, plate or vest has been subjected to live ballistic testing, it cannot be returned
- Sale items and items purchased under special pricing agreements
- Hazardous or regulated materials where return shipping is restricted by local or international regulations
If you are uncertain whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before shipping anything back.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original item (subject to eligibility above) and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the required item. Contact our sales team to hold stock or expedite the replacement if required.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund
If the return is rejected (due to condition, eligibility or missing documentation), we will contact you to arrange reshipment of the item at your cost.
Minors
The Site is intended for business-to-business procurement professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Changes to This Policy
- Important Notes for B2B & Government Orders
- For government tender or bulk procurement orders, return and refund terms may be governed by the specific purchase contract. Please refer to your signed agreement.
- Sample orders placed prior to bulk production are non-refundable once dispatched, as they are produced to your confirmed specification.
- If a quality dispute arises on a bulk order, YINAN will conduct an internal inspection and, where applicable, arrange replacement production at no charge rather than a monetary refund.
