Overview
YINAN ships ballistic protection products and raw materials worldwide from our facility in Jiangsu, China. We offer two fulfilment tracks: retail / sample orders (standard terms below) and bulk / OEM orders (negotiated terms — see Section 5).
1. Retail & Sample Order Shipping
Shipping Rates
- We will charger the worldwide shipping fee according to the weight
- YINAN does not collect VAT, customs duty, or import taxes on behalf of the buyer. All applicable import duties, taxes and clearance fees in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer or their appointed customs broker.

* Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. Actual delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond YINAN's control, including but not limited to: public health emergencies, natural disasters, war or civil unrest, port congestion, customs examination, carrier delays, or national public holidays. YINAN will notify buyers of any known significant delays as soon as practicable.
Dispatch Timeframe
Retail and sample orders are typically dispatched within 3 – 5 working days of payment confirmation. Custom or non-stock items may require additional production time — estimated dispatch dates will be confirmed at the time of order.
Tracking
A shipment tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your parcel through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 working days of payment, please contact us at sales@yinansafety.com.
Packaging
All products are packed to withstand international freight handling. Ballistic panels, plates and vests are vacuum-sealed and carton-packed. Raw materials are roll-wrapped or box-packed as appropriate. YINAN does not include visible brand markings on outer cartons where discrete packaging is requested — please indicate this at the time of order.
Carrier Selection
YINAN selects the most appropriate international carrier for each shipment based on destination, weight and delivery timeline. Carriers used include DHL, FedEx, UPS, and consolidated freight services. If you have a preferred carrier or freight account, please notify us at the time of ordering.
2. Import Duties & Customs
YINAN ships from Jiangsu, China. All export documentation is handled by YINAN. The buyer is responsible for:
- Obtaining any import permits, licences or end-user certificates required by their country for the importation of ballistic or protective equipment
- Paying all import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and associated charges levied by the destination country's customs authority
- Ensuring that the importation of the specific product is legally permitted in the destination country
3. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to YINAN due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the buyer
- Failure to pay import duties or customs release fees
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect from a customs or postal holding facility
The buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. YINAN will contact you to arrange redelivery. If redelivery is not arranged within 30 days of return, the order may be subject to a restocking or disposal fee.
4. Loss or Damage in Transit
YINAN takes reasonable care in packaging all shipments. In the event that your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit:
- Damaged goods: Contact us at sales@yinansafety.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
- Lost shipments: If tracking confirms non-delivery and the carrier confirms the shipment as lost, YINAN will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund. Please allow the carrier's standard investigation period before a claim is filed.
5. Bulk & OEM Order Shipping
Shipping terms for bulk orders, government procurement contracts, and OEM production orders are negotiated on a per-order basis and governed by the signed purchase agreement or proforma invoice.
The following variables are determined through quotation:

| Customs clearance | Handled by buyer's appointed broker unless DDP terms agreed |
| Partial shipments | Available on large orders by mutual agreement |

6. Special Considerations for Ballistic Equipment
Ballistic protective equipment and related materials may be subject to export and import restrictions in certain countries. Before placing an order, buyers are responsible for confirming that:
- The import of the specific product category is legally permitted in the destination country
- All required import licences, end-user certificates or government authorisations have been obtained
- The shipment complies with all applicable dual-use goods regulations in both China and the destination country
YINAN will provide accurate export classification codes (HS codes) and export documentation. We are not responsible for shipments detained, seized or refused entry by customs authorities due to the buyer's failure to obtain the required import authorisations.
